The residents of Sawyer Place condominiums hope you will find our community a convenient and enjoyable form of home ownership. Sawyer Place, developed in 1997, is comprised of 32 units built in a duplex style, with two attached units making up the 16 buildings.

As a Sawyer Place owner, in addition to purchasing the interior of your home, you also purchase a percentage of ownership of the Condominium Association. The association is responsible for maintaining the building exteriors, contracting with companies to take care of the landscaping, providing snow removal, and assisting with the management of the association.

Sawyer Place operates as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky. It has a Board of Directors comprised of three to five members, each serving a two-year term. Sawyer Place has engaged a management company, Community Management Associates, to assist the Board of Directors with financial matters and with all ongoing property needs.

The small, quiet community is located adjacent to E.P. “Tom” Sawyer Park, a 550 acre Kentucky State Park. Sawyer Place is convenient to Springhurst Towne Center and the Paddock Shops (formerly Summit) shopping centers. The centers offer a great variety of shops and restaurants. Access to interstates 71 and 265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) are minutes away.
